Lemon Pepper Salmon

rice
1 pound of wild pacific salmon fillet
butter
olive oil
lemon pepper seasoning
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 bunch spinach washed

Start rice.

Heat fry pan on medium. Add garlic and olive oil to pan and cook until fragrant. Add
butter and cook until melted. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on salmon to taste. Add
salmon to pan skin side down and cook for 9 to 10 minutes on each side. Add spinach to
pan for last 1 to 2 minutes.

Serve with rice.
