Ground Beef
If no one is looking you can sneak in grated carrots or zucchini or both.

Lasagna

1 8oz package lasagna noodles
2 lb ground beef
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes
1 can Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
1 6-8oz package mozzerella cheese
1 6-8oz package monterey jack cheese
parmesan cheese

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Add tomato sauce and diced tomates
and simmer until heated through. Layer 1/4 meat, 1/3 noodles, 1/3 cheese.
Repeat two more times and end with a layer of meat. Bake in a 350 degree oven
for 35 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before serving.

Serve with garlic bread or Pillsbury® French Bread
