1 tablespoon vegetable oil|
3 tablespoons dried shrimps
1 pound gobo (burdock root), peeled and 2 inch julienned
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup shoyu
1 small red chili pepper, minced
Saute dried shrimps in hot oil. Add gobo and saute 1 minute. Add sugar and shoyu
Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
