1 lb asparagus (trimmed)
2 tbsps olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Heat Broiler. In a shallow pan toss asparagus with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil for 8 minutes until slightly
charred, shaking occasionally. Serve hot.
